Home-to-Home League

 

Home-to-Home is a non-competitive social league open to all 18-hole LGAFB members. 

 

There are 6 - 9 league events each year which rotate between the member clubs. 

 

The host club decides the event format and makes up the teams mixing players from different clubs.  An invitation is sent to all member clubs which lists the format, cart and lunch prices, any optional extras, and the number of players each club is allowed.  Players may sign up once the invitation is posted in the Ladies’ Locker Room by the Home-to-Home Chair. 

 

A lottery will determine who gets to play if an event is oversubscribed.  Each participant pays a $10 non-refundable entry fee to her LGAFB delegate.  The delegate will send a single check for all entry fees to the host club along with the reservation list prior to the sign-up deadline. 

 

If a player cancels, another member of her club may fill her spot without paying an additional entry fee.  Players do not pay greens fees, but do pay for their cart, lunch, and any optional extras on the day of the event (cart + lunch usually totals $45 - $60). 

 

All players with a GHIN index are welcome. Those with high indexes receive the club’s maximum number of strokes.  Home-to-Home provides a fun way to play local courses and meet golfers from other clubs.
